One person at check in is very nice and helpful and the dark haired lady is rude and argumentative and I have been confronted by her the last 3 times I have had to go there so I don’t plan on visiting the transport Optum office again unless I cannot avoid it because I am dying.
They could try to assist new patients better.
Ridiculous Never answer the calls
I've gone twice for imaging. Once for a MRI and once for a CT scan. Both experiences were great. The staff is so kind, and they take their time with you. I I highly recommend Optum Radioligy by the Sunport on Transport.
