I was in a terrible mood when I showed up my first day. Who wants to get radiation? But the staff killed me with kindness, let me play heavy metal on spotify during the treatment, and just made you feel safe with their professionalism. DrHan has a high standard and is engaged with his patients and staff. The front desk learns your name and is proactive in taking care of any paperwork. Not knowing what was ahead of me I was immediately put at ease by everyone at this office. Dr. Han took the time to explain everything in detail. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They all went above and beyond. Catherine was by far one of a kind…the most incredible nurse you will ever meet. The entire team at Optum Radiation Oncology is the best!! I was made to feel so comfortable-everything was explained to me step by step-I could not give enough stars to this review - if you need radiation this is the place to go.
I just finished my last Radiation treatment. I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude for these Angels on Earth! Ben,Larry,Kim and Ava made me comfortable and safe as soon as I entered the treatment room. Cherylynn and Sofia were so helpful with my insurance issues! Dr. Han was kind and understanding towards me. Katherine is the best Nurse I have ever had. Can't say enough Thank you Thank you ❤
