I recently went to see Dr.Peter Ottavio, a pulmonologist with Optum Health! He was amazing! He took his time to get to know me, my history, symptoms, and found why I was having the issues I was having! His office staff, office manager, as well as the staff that give the breathing tests are all friendly and very professional and knowledgable! If you need an excellent pulmonologist who truly cares about his patients……. Look no further than Dr.Peter Ottavio!!!
First time in this office. The staff was very friendly overall. The front desk made sure my visit notes from a recent hospital visit were visible in their system so that the provider could easily review them. I did not wait very long to get taken back into the exam room. The staff member that took me back into the room also did a pulmonary function test and walked me through it step by step.
