My wife fell & broke her arm on Sunday. She has been unable to get an office appointment for 2 days. Even more critical, she has been unable to obtain any pain medication prescription from her doctor. This is malpractice in my opinion. Stay away from this practice!!
Very disappointed Optom is closing many offices and I will now have to travel 10-15 miles or more for medical treatment!
Dr Heather Herbst is wonderful.
Was upset when I found Heather Herbst was going to another office, since the Bey Lea Rd office is closing. She was a wonderful professional, caring provider.
Always a wonderful experience.
