Terrible experience. Billing department is a nightmare to deal with. Office was dirty.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Shay it was an amazing experience of how she interacted with me as new patient of hers.
I have never encountered a medical office as disorganized and unresponsive as this one. The front desk staff is consistently unhelpful and difficult to reach. They refused to take phone calls through the appointment portal, even when they initiated contact themselves. I specifically requested that my physician submit an insurance appeal and was told it would be forwarded appropriately. However, no action was taken.
