Worse office ever. The doctors are never available or overbooked. You are lucky if you see a doctor once a yr normally it's everyone else except your doctor. If you have Dr Zane you would be lucky if you see him once a yr . The staffing can be a bit rude sometimes. They shouldn't be accepting new patients because they can not handle the current patients that they have.
This morning I received a call from the office manager, this is the second time I have spoken to this lady and she’s so rude. Does she knows that she is serving older patients and she is very condescending towards me. She knows that her job is customer service, she needs to take a course in how to speak to people. The rest of the team at Seffner office I never had a problem with. Dr. Soler and Dr. Paulino are both great and helpful as well as the front office staff. Great work. If I could give a "0" star I would. I have been trying to make an appointment at this clinic with no success. The staff has poor customer service etiquette. The hold time is over 10 minutes and it has been a back-and-forth with this clinic. If this is the staff I can't imagine the doctors. If you are not a people person you are in the wrong field.
