All the doctors are leaving, they have some filling in and I can't get anyone to help with prescriptions or call backs. Sophia and Norma are gone
Every time I come here, the front desk receptionist (dyed blonde braids) is rude and dismissive. Honestly, most of the staff are impolite and have terrible bedside manner. The techs I’ve interacted with seem to lack basic professionalism. They don’t listen, they act defensive, and they make you feel like you’re always wrong and they’re always right.
