Optum has DESTROYED this practice. You no longer get to speak to Hillary or Debra when you call, instead you deal with an automated system that does not work, then you’re transferred to someone in the Philippines. Like what…. They make you check in on your phone, but it’s terribly inefficient and doesn’t work. Even though I uploaded my new insurance info, they never processed it, and sent me an insane bill.
