Being seen by Dr G Singh was very good sharing health status, medical updates and recommendations during my annual wellness visit. Also want to add that Toby was a wonderful medical assistant and technician performing his duties with extreme professionalism and courteous approach. He is an asset to this practice!
Im so disappointed with the service and care I received here. This was my first appt because my doctor is out of town and I wont be able to get to him til next week. I submitted my insurance and the copay came back that I was required more than double what I usually paid. I contacted my insurance and they advised that It was a mistake and asked to speak yo yhe front desk. i've been scared for a while to talk about this but i feel like others should know. i saw dr birardi last june, she was wonderful. the woman who came in after her to give me an ekg however, was terrible. she literally ripped the front of my gown down and told me in a really demanding tone "your bra isn't off". i've been assaulted in the past. this immediately triggered my ptsd and i started crying. she then stormed out of the room and shouted "SHES NOT DOING IT" thankfully dr birardi came into my room after this happened and... read more
