The whole staff is great friendly
Never had a problem getting an appointment, office staff and médical assistants are pleasant and respectful. My provide is very pleasant, listens to you, doesn't rush you out of the room and knows when test or procedures are needed in order to give you the best care needed.
It been awhile since I been here however I came back due to a incident beyond my control and nothing changed since then,this place is still unprofessional,different doctors month to month your primary doctor is never there..the ridgewood office is the worst out of em all especially when you have to deal with the snobby disrespectful lady at the front desk they don’t process your paperwork it got so bad I literally had to get a lawyer involved,STAY AWAY from place
