Optum has the worst phone situation ever! You never get the professional you want to talk to. They only take messages and you wait for a call back. Unprofessional in my opinion.
I had the pleasure of meeting Charisse Pecorella, NP for my presurgical appointment. She was so kind , patient and knowledgeable. Charisse answered all my questions and concerns making me feel very comfortable. OPTUM is very fortunate to have her on their team . Looking forward to seeing Charisse again for my medical needs .
I highly recommend Dr. Kavita Aggarwal. She is a physician in whom you can place complete trust—an exceptional diagnostician who is both thorough and compassionate. I am 71 and over the years, have seen my share of doctors and I have never felt so confident as I do now in the care of Dr. Aggarwal.
I always feel satisfied with the Optum staff and the cleanliness of the building. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that it is centrally located and a one stop shop. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for the best care.
