Horrible Office Staff and Optum phone answer service is HORRIBLE! Stay away from this office!
Services at new location was excellent. Was not informed that location was changed from Lakewood, NJ to Oakhurst, NJ. I would have severed my relationship with Optum had not retained my Primary Physician.
