Disappointed in Optum medical, who in their right mind would go to this Corporation for treatment. Cancelled all appointments in less than a month for all of their patients. Greed is more important than medical care. Get out of the business!

I HATE optum health. Since they took over, it’s been impossible to call the office. You just get sent to a call center and can’t talk to anyone in the practice. Then, I find out through Facebook that they are permanently closing November 26th. Really shitty that they can’t even send an email to notify their long term patients. Very upset and disappointed I have to find another doctor’s office - and that I found out over FACEBOOK. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was told today during my appointment, if I didn’t like it. I could find another provider. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough and I did just that. I’ve been going to this practice for over 15 years. It’s changed names, locations and now the care and customer service they provide is a disgrace.

I can never get in contact with the office about billing issues. I was transferred to their office 6 times today and no answer. I even called the Runnemede office who was nice enough to transfer me and still nothing. I was assured months ago a billing issue was going to be squared away and it was not My labs were sent to quest and my insurance is labcorp. “Codes” were supposed to take care of the issue but nothing has been resolved. This is from over a year ago. Can some please contact me about this issue.
