Optum has gotten bigger and bigger and worst and worst over the years. I remember the personal relationship we had when it was Mount Kisco Medical Group. Now you're likely speaking to someone in Nebraska or Arizona who's clueless as to Mount Kisco. Phone wait time is abominable, robotic and simply ridiculous. The doctors are leaving like flies. Dr. Michael Kitchell is, without question, one of the most kind, compassionate, and dedicated physicians I have ever encountered. The doctors and services are overall very good, but I have an issue with FRAUD every year with them. When I get an annual preventative physical that ALWAYS charge the co-pay. I guess they assume people DON'T KNOW IT'S AGAINST FEDERAL LAW to charge a co-pay for an annual preventive physical. Every year they charge it to me and every year I have to call them and then every year they go oh we will have to check with coding someone made a mistake, and then they reverse it. The office doesn’t do any appointment confirmation calls or emails, when you call the office it takes like 10 minutes to connect to the receptionist and then when you get someone they are annoyed that you’re asking questions. This office is in Mt Kisco is very bad. Dr. Keller is almost never available when you need an appointment.
