Avoid Optum care if at all possible! Their client service has gone from bad to terrible and, despite input, they don't seem to care. I am looking for another medical service as a result. Here is the irony. Their doctors are excellent, and so are most of their nurses. So, when you get access to them, while everything at Optum appears "time sensitive" (they can only spend a limited amount of time with you), you get excellent medical service.
