The worst service by a front counter clerk I've ever encountered. I was 3 minutes late and waited in the line for 6 minutes bc it was only one person checking people in. Now I have to reschedule for a yearly physical. Yeah I'll take my services elsewhere ✌🏾

But the new epic system tgey upgraded to I can’t get ahold of anyone over half hour waits in the phone repeatedly& has a appointment with my doctor in early march. Havnt been able to see my chiropractor since January due to needing a new referral. I asked my doctor to reissue one.
