Optum notified me a month after my doctor of 15 years had left. My pharmacy was calling me to let me know the Dr’s office was not returning their call’s to refill my prescriptions, that I’ve been on for years. Had to jump through hoops to get a new physician. It’s Optum i’m not happy with.
