The doctor and care I received was a five. Very caring and took time to listen to my concerns. Trying to reach the doctors office is not possible. You only reach a general Optum phone number. Someone from my doctors office called regarding my Medicare number. I tried to get back to her for over 40 minutes. Someone in your Texas office gave me a phone number to try , which did not help. I HATE NOT BEING ABLE TO REACH MY DOCTOR’S OFFICE FOR MANY REASONS. TERRIBLE SET UP.
Dr Chung is highly recommended.
I haven't been to a medical office that ran this smoothly EVER. Very happy with their services.
