I have been a patient of Dr. Ben-Sorek, for close to twenty years and he has been a great primary care provider. I get fast appointments and he is very attentive and professional. I like Optum because the medical chart is so user friendly and all my doctors and records are easily accessible.
I am a regular visitor at Optum, previously Pro Health. Most of my doctors are here & I always come back satisfied. Dr Ananda is always very thorough & I like her. I am quite old & there are times when walking even a short distance is very painful. It would be wonderful if wheelchairs with someone to push it were available. Like me, many people come alone & need assistance. I can even pay for this service. Please do consider. Thankyou.
