Very happy with my experience with Optum Primary Care. Transparent approach with clear description of what I needed to know and what I should do in the future.
It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone to call back when you have questions and when you send messages through their app, nobody replies. I am switching to a different practice because I am so tired of this lack of communication.
The doctors and the staff are amazing.
The staff are excellent and Dr. Joanne Lee is an exceptional doctor who listens and cares.
