I just had to review the phlebotomist who took my blood at the Optum lab in Lake Katrine, NY. Five stars! There is zero discoloration on my arm where she inserted the needle. Just a tiny red dot which you can't avoid. Also - painless and got it on the first attempt. Usually I prefer to go to labs where the waiting room is packed which suggests the phlebotomists are inserting needles all day long and get so much practice it will be done well.
