Optum Primary Care in Katonah, NY has improved. Their phone system is now running smoothly. The doctors in the group are dedicated and efficient and the staff is pleasant and approachable, You can have all your doctors in one location as the group contains various specialties.
I Have Been a Passion of the medical group Many Years very clean Nice People Nice Doctors and like that everything Is one Place
Used to be Caremount now it's optum, now it's crap. The employees as for most of the doctors are the worst around. I was a patient forever and now I'm never going back. Run away from optum as fast as you can!!!
Impossible to get someone on the phone.. been trying to call them for over a week now. Now I have to change my kids pediatrician because its impossible to get in touch with these people… avoid this place!
