I Have Been a Passion of the medical group Many Years very clean Nice People Nice Doctors and like that everything Is one Place
Used to be Caremount now it's optum, now it's crap. The employees as for most of the doctors are the worst around. I was a patient forever and now I'm never going back. Run away from optum as fast as you can!!!
Impossible to get someone on the phone.. been trying to call them for over a week now. Now I have to change my kids pediatrician because its impossible to get in touch with these people… avoid this place!
Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The official have this wonderful lady who always does my mammograms every year, she makes you feel so comfortable and less anxious due to how nice and understanding she when it comes to that moment of breast exam I like her very much. And regarding my gynecologist Dr. Mateo she’s wonderful as well very gentle and understanding of the stress leve we go through when it comes to her part
