I take my daughter to see her pediatrician at this location and thought to switch my primary care to this location as well. Unfortunately the office staff was extremely condescending and rude when explaining that NO physicians at this location are taking new patients. That in itself was strange but besides that, there is a professional way of communicating and that was extremely lacking. I’m shocked at how rude the staff member was and will be switching ALL of my family’s care elsewhere.
