The Dr.'s are WONERFUL! However, the front office staff is not courteous and are rather rude. I've had to call for a prescription for blood work and was left on hold one time for 8 minutes and another for just under 12 minutes (unacceptable). No one came back on to ask me to hold or could they take a message and call me back. I truly feel that they think their time is more important than their patients.
