Dr Smith is very caring, honest, and professional
Dr. Brower will cancel on you the same day as your appointment because she’s “sick” every time. This is unacceptable. Not a coincidence anymore because I had 4 appointments cancelled consecutively that I’ve been waiting for. I’m honestly not sure what’s going on. Time to look for a new PCP doctor.
We were patients with New Pueblo for 20+ years, but since Optum Care took over the practice is a nightmare! Will be looking for different family doctor.
Inefficient and factory like atmosphere. My physician retired and I wasn’t even notified. Not happy with the place.
