My grandmother received very poor care and customer service when dealing with Dr. Matthew’s and his medical assistant, Tracy. She was referred to him by her insurance and was told he would be her doctor until he was no longer in practice. This wasn’t her choice. I scheduled an appointment and the soonest was a year away. Literally. I need to set up primary care and have some health concerns I really need a regular doctor to talk about. A week before my appointment they cancel and can't reschedule for another year. That is ridiculous. If I had canceled it would have cost me but it's OK to have me wait 2 years for an appointment. Stop taking new patients if you can't actually handle new patients.

Optum is a waste of time. Why call them for an appointment or medication refill when they take all day to return your call. The doctors here are never available as you will never get a response in a timely matter. You’re better off going to Urgent care then dealing with Optum!

I’ve found staff and medical professionals to be very polite and efficient. I’ve had annual physicals, referrals for mammograms and bone scans. They made the appointment for me, followed up and got results back extremely quickly. My physician’s assistant also followed up with recommended treatment for vitamin d deficiency. My husband has to have regular check ups for blood thinners and is being very well looked after. He even got a video appointment during Covid19 lockdown.
