Ever since they switched to Optum Pediatrics this office has been HORRIBLE! The doctors and nurses are great but trying to get in touch with the office is very difficult and then also this company charges you for EVERYTHING! I'm being charged 20 bucks for answering questions, that was what they told me they now charge for questionnaires on your child. We will be finding a different doctor

I have been using this medical group since my first child was born 17 years ago. On Halloween, my son had a massive asthma attack and I called the office asking for a steroid. Dr. McNally called me personally and when I told him my son couldn't breathe and I was super worried, he told us to come right over. It turns out the office was closed already and he and one of the nurses stayed late to care for us.
