10 years with this group, I have no complaints, courteous staff and clinical team. Task are done seamlessly, care plan is outlined and my child is engaged in his care. Keep up the good work.
The doctors are amazing but the company that runs it sucks. Everything is a whole process, just to get a person on the phone and not a robot takes forever. I miss the old office. I wish they would go back to the simple because it was happier and healthier for the patient.
The absolute worst! Always behind by at least 45 minutes. They never have same day appointments if a child is sick even if you call as soon as they open
The on call after hours number goes to a call center not on Long Island. After 3 hours of not receiving a call back from a doctor regarding my issue, I called back and the next person who answered had no record of my previous call. I asked who the on call doctor was and when I could expect to receive a call back - they didn’t know.
