Great place. Front desk is amazing. Quick responsive, totally understand every parents situation and will make sure you are taken care off- appointments, vaccine cards, medication etc Dr Chiang is wonderful and nurses as well. They have amazing ability how to deal with small patience. Solid 5
My interaction with the receptionist left much to be desired. Her dismissive tone and hostile attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential patient. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when seeking medical care. I hope the office addresses their customer service issues to ensure a more welcoming environment for future patients.
Spoke to Shanice from this office and she was so empathetic to my situation and eager to help me with my child and her delayed immunization schedule.
The best pediatric practice there is. Dr frank is the best . We've never met a more caring and knowledgeable doctor ever . THE BEST!
