Dr. Kasemsap provided some of the worst care I’ve ever experienced. I brought my daughter in twice with clear UTI symptoms, and both times she refused to test her. She dismissed everything I said and acted like she knew better than me, even as my daughter was getting sicker. On my second visit, she almost seemed irritated that I was coming back. What in the heck is going on with Optum. My family has used Optum since way before it was called Optum but now it is going down so fast. 1. After almost 2 years of them not having a billing department because their “systems were down” they now have one that can’t find any of my accounts. So I keep getting bills with account numbers on them that no one can find. (It’s been 2 years, someone take my money) 2. All of the doctors left all of a sudden, same with all of the support staff. The doctors there (especially lori) are so incredibly degrading it’s unbelievable. Patients come in to get checked out from a professional standpoint and not to be degraded and treated like they’re stupid, the doctors their see their patients for 30 seconds without throughly speaking to the patient and/or parents throughly. On the bright side some of the nurses were really kind and awesome but that’s about all the positive things I have to say about this place.

I brought my son in for an appointment on 7/5/23. I scheduled the appointment for a very routine wellness check, which my insurance covers. I now owe $59.50 because of a vision screening and a developmental testing. I did NOT schedule my appointments for these, so it wasn't up to me to see if my insurance covered them ahead of time. I never asked for either. I wasn't "asked" if we wanted vision screening, the doctor or nurse just proceeded to do it as a standard part of the wellness check. Excellent patient care experience today with our daughters new pediatrician Dr.Good! He was very thorough, kind and very professional. Dr Good's MA was also very professional and caring including the front office staff. Exceptional service overall!
