Amazing staff, doctor and facilities! Dr. Francine Samuels, nurse Niari and other staff at Optum were exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and understanding, and they accept new patients. The level of attention and efficiency is unmatched at many larger networks or clinics. My kids suffer from GI issues and it’s great idea to consult an experienced pediatric specialist directly. Highly recommend!
