Dr Sambur is great. As a paramedic I am very critical of physicians especially when they don’t listen. Dr Samburbis just the opposite. He listened to everything my wife and I had to say. He gave me a great physical exam. Front desk was friendly
Very unprofessional front desk personnel, they made mistake with the insurance information and did not know how to fix it, no one answers your calls or return your messages! Everyone that work with Doctor Sambur in that office is very incompetent and not trained to answer the most basic questions, I would not recommend at all!!
I would not recommend! Front desk office is very unhelpful and lie to their patients. Tristan marks you as a no show even when you call to cancel and then tells you that you won’t be charged. He then proceeds to charge you and tell you he can’t fix it. Then says the office manager Karen can fix it and then puts her on to when she tells you she also can’t fix it and understands her staff made a mistake but can’t do anything about it. I got very bad experience at this place in blood draw she tried to get blood 3 times,unsuccessful.The women has less knowledge of her work. I don’t recommend this place.
