Very inattentive to patients. I went here for 10 years getting the bare minimum which was excusable until I started having medical issues. One of the doctors told me to just "hope it doesn't come back" when there was documented evidence of an ongoing problem that THEY HAD BEEN TREATING for a year. Since switching doctors, I've been offered SEVERAL other methods of treatment, feel listened to, and have a level of bedside manner while being more informed and cared for... I am a usual here. Wanted to come in because I was having issues with my breast and wanted it to get look at. I showed up on time and did everything online. Upon showing up they switched my appointment to something I did not need. I asked to please only be seen for what I came for and they told me I need to reschedule. The place is a joke and I will not be coming back here!!!!

Nasty attitudes! Not helpful at all! I am never going back to this place again. The women at the front desk are rude and condescending! I do not suggest! Let alone in order to even reach the front desk you have to spend 15 mins on the phone with an Optum operator . I am done ! Save yourself time and get a private OBGYN.
