I am a usual here. Wanted to come in because I was having issues with my breast and wanted it to get look at. I showed up on time and did everything online. Upon showing up they switched my appointment to something I did not need. I asked to please only be seen for what I came for and they told me I need to reschedule. The place is a joke and I will not be coming back here!!!!
Nasty attitudes! Not helpful at all! I am never going back to this place again. The women at the front desk are rude and condescending! I do not suggest! Let alone in order to even reach the front desk you have to spend 15 mins on the phone with an Optum operator . I am done ! Save yourself time and get a private OBGYN.
