I have always had good experiences at Optum across the organization. Complaints are that doctors often leave and it can be hard to see my doctor of choice in a timely manner but I am open to seeing any of the many professionals there and have never been disappointed.

Dr. Trait is impressive in her professionalism, empathy , and knowledge.
Doctors are nice but their admin system is terrible. You will be on the phone for 45 mins or more if you need to speak to someone and get transferred 3 times before you speak to the right person. They seem to be so busy that appointments always seem rushed as well. This is the same for all the Optum offices it seems.
