If I could give zero stars I would. They say they are going to call back and have ignored me twice over medical Concerns. They lie and ignore patients which is awful bedside manner and very dismissive. They said I’d be receiving a call back and it’s now been 5 days, no call. Beyond despicable service and care. Nurse staff has private conversations behind the window among each-other about sensitive topics like a patient having a miscarriage & D&C. They were so loud my mom and I heard in waiting room. Love my Doctor at Optum, but deplore the company. After being a loyal patient for over 30 years, even when many people left the practice with all the changes year after year, now they have kicked me out of the practice because of my insurance. I was given less than 30 notice to either get new insurance or find another doctor. And we all know that is not something that is easily done especially in the month of December.
