I met with the doctor and he spoke about BRCA test. I told him I took it under another insurance but did not have the information because it was not requested. He proceeded to tell me that if I tested positive they were gonna remove my ovaries and my breast and he wasn’t going to treat me with any hormones any further until he had the test results. Why would you say that to a patient if you don’t have the test results? I’m really upset with this doctor and I don’t know Come back
I had an absolutely awful experience at this office with Dr. Lindsay Hansen. I went in for an IUD placement, and while I expected some discomfort, the procedure was extremely painful—far worse than I was prepared for. To make matters worse, after the procedure, I was left in a pool of my own blood to clean up by myself, including the chair I was on. The complete lack of care and professionalism was appalling. Zero very disappointing experience with this OB-GYN practice. Many of the staff members are rude and unprofessional, and it feels like the quality of care has gone downhill. The good doctors who used to work here have already left. Forgien male doctor is dismissive arrogant and very disrespectful toward certain race and ethnicity. honestly hope the practice improves or changes leadership, because patients deserve better
Doctors constantly leave and the front staff is a nightmare and they could care the less about helping you! Stay away as you’re just a number to them.
