Let me start with saying my OBGYN is great, Dr. Pierce is amazing , unfortunately the office workers and OPTUM company is horrible if you can avoid this group do it.,customer service is horrible , to get someone to call you back for an appointment or questions about insurance you will be waiting forever because nobody calls back , also they been changing appointments without your knowledge and when u ask why they blame you for doing it ,if you have an appointment be ready to take the whole day off from work because they r ne... read more
