I just had the kindest interaction with 3 different woman in scheduling! Jessie & Jalissa (nurse) and Denise in radiology! They all were incredibly helpful. 💝
If I didn't love my doctor so much (shoutout to the absolute best healthcare provider--Dr. Bhangoo--this review is no reflection of her or her care) I would SPRINT away from Optum Health. Customer experience is abysmal. I have about 10-15 examples of times they've dropped the ball, miscommunicated, not communicated at all, been rude, or made it nearly impossible to schedule. Here's some of my faves: --Told me I was being "a little silly" for taking the initiative to call to schedule my own mammogram because I was "too young"... read more
I had a very positive experience here and would recommend that if you are looking for an overall great place it’s here. The staff are helpful patient and kind these days that’s hard to come by.
