I went to this office for concerns regarding possible fertility issues. Although my lab work came back normal, I showed the PA images from a recent sonogram illustrating something abnormal. (For context, I am an ultrasound tech for an OBGYN, and have a very good understanding for what is normal/abnormal sonographically). I booked and confirmed my appointment online. When I got here the office wasn’t even open. They also don’t have an option for you to call and leave a message if they aren’t open, so good luck getting someone to contact you. What an absolute waste of time.

THE ONLY singular reason i’m leaving more than 1 star is because of how nice Dr. Jessica Abruzzese is. If it were based only on her it would be a five star review but without her it’s less than one. EVERY single time I have been here I have waited to be seen for an unreasonable amount of time. Today is completely unacceptable. I am STILL sitting here in the waiting room holding my pee probably giving myself a UTI with zero acknowledgement from anyone after 90 minutes. That’s an hour and a half past my appointment time. I have no words to describe how thankful I am to Dr. Cronin. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met, she really takes the time to listen to you and explain what needs to be explained and she truly cares about you.
