Hands down, by far the best Dr I have ever been too. The office and staff is absolutely amazing. From check in to check out, they are all so helpful and kind. And Dr Amanda is a superstar. Takes the time to hear you, takes the time to explain things and understands any discomforts or concerns you have. The wonder young lady Emily was equally kind and understanding. It was truly refreshing to be in a Drs office and not feel nervous or judgement of any kind.
I’m very disappointed with how my medical paperwork was handled by this office. I submitted it on July 27 and was told it would be completed within 5–7 days. I followed up several times and tried to be understanding about the miscommunication with Optum regarding my condition. On August 12—the actual deadline for submission—I called again and was told that they had lost my paperwork.
