I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews because everyone has bad days, and I completely understand that — but this is the second bad experience I’ve had with the front desk staff at this office. The first time, I came for my annual and saw Dr. Amanda Cronin — this review has nothing to do with her because she was absolutely amazing, made me feel super comfortable, and I really loved her. Dr. Cronin very personable, caring and thorough.
I couldn’t have asked for better doctors than Dr. Cronin and Dr. Franchina especially as a first time mom. When we were faced with the complication of shoulder dystocia, Dr. Cronin’s calm and fast action made all the difference. It was a moment of fear and uncertainty, but her confidence and professionalism gave me strength.
