This was my first time meeting up with the Doctor on Video and it when so well. And I was very happy about it and how thorough he was. 👏
Saw Dr. Caprarella for neuropathy symptoms for 6 months. Her bedside manner is awful. She has an attitude and wants patients to only do what is recommended and any thoughts or questions you have are treated with annoyance. The front desk woman treats everyone very poorly. I listened to her on the phone sighing and huffing and puffing to patients calling. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Shualov took the time to explain things to me, was pleasant and thoughtful. I was very pleased with his care and manner.
The entire staff is professional and very helpful..
