I saw Dr. Shaulov for my appointment and was very satisfied with his patience and very calming manner. He answered all of my questions. Test results were ready the next day and Dr Shaulov went over my results in a very thorough manner. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
I have have very good doctors with Optum and the care excellent.
Garbage office. Scheduled an appointment for the earliest available. They called me a month later to state the doctor I scheduled with does not specialize in my symptoms. The next earliest appt with a doctor who does was 3 months out. Garbage.
I visited the pediatric neurologist practice at 1 Dakota drive on 11/6. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and professional while she check me in. I waited about 20 minutes to go in which was completely fine. My appointment was 9 am and I arrived @ 8:45. The medical assistant that took me in was amazing and friendly. I then waited about 15 minutes in the room. Again I was ok with that. I am always very patient person and work in the medical field so I am very understanding. The problem started wh... read more
