Garbage office. Scheduled an appointment for the earliest available. They called me a month later to state the doctor I scheduled with does not specialize in my symptoms. The next earliest appt with a doctor who does was 3 months out. Garbage.
I visited the pediatric neurologist practice at 1 Dakota drive on 11/6. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and professional while she check me in. I waited about 20 minutes to go in which was completely fine. My appointment was 9 am and I arrived @ 8:45. The medical assistant that took me in was amazing and friendly. The receptionist called to confirm my appointment & she was VERY unprofessional, over talking me when I tried to explain to her the appointment they have on their end is not the one I confirmed when I scheduled it. Essentially, I ended up canceling because I didn’t feel as though she was being professional. I should’ve checked the reviews first. If a doctor allows someone like her to speak for their office that says A LOT!
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Shaulov and I was very pleased. He was on time, listened carefully and cared about the problems I was having. It was so refreshing to hear a provider talk about prevention and how to keep my brain healthy naturally.
