Thank God for the Neurologist at Westchester Medical in Valhalla NY for finding out Sheila Sterling has Stiff Person Syndrome and she is finally getting the meds she needs to manage it. The Neurologist she seen at Optum in Fishkill Ny first, neglect of care was disturbing. Westchester Medical in Valhalla NY Neurologist was outstanding!!!!! Just from what I witnessed from the Optum Neurologist who seen Sheila Sterling, it was not a good vibe. We just had to pray and get out of there. Dr Reddy kept me waiting an hour and is one of the nastiest, meanest medical “professionals” I’ve ever met.

Dr.Reddy rushed through my first appointment with him and kept asking “why are you here” aggressively. He was visibly and verbally frustrated when he learned I left a practice (due to my provider leaving) that had other neurologists, but I don’t want to go there anymore and shouldn’t have to, so it seemed like he just didn’t want a new patient. He asked “what do you want from me” enough times for me to feel pressured to meekly respond that I just needed my medications refilled, and thus he didn’t reevaluate me at all. On the... read more
