Very unprofessional and unorganized office. Had an appointment for 1pm, received a text prior to my appointment stating to be there at 12:45 to complete paperwork. Arrived early and all the doors are locked. Finally the door is unlocked at 1:01pm. I ask if the doors are supposed to be locked and the lady says yes that they open back up at 1pm.
