Dr Topay is AMAZING!! We’ve gone to other doctors in the Springs and she is by far the most attentive and understanding doctor we’ve been to. I never feel rushed, and she listens to every single one of my concerns, no matter how big or small. Dr. Topay has a lot of experience and that shows through her practice. There is no one I would rather treat my child whether he’s sick or just a well visit. I highly recommend her!
We've really enjoyed our experience with Dr. Tapay. We've been with other local pediatricians who have extremely long wait times and limited appointment availability but here we can get in same day and they're quick to see us. Insurance handling is generally easy which was not our experience at other offices. Yes, they are pro-vaccine/science-based so if you aren't you likely won't have a good experience here. Dr. Tapay and the staff are great with our kids here and you can tell they love children!
Our last well child visit was the last with Monument Pediatrics. Very sad because we loved the practice for years. Dr. Tapay came into the room, snapped a few questions at us and then left. The visit was about 2mins total. We all have bad days but it was not ok to be treated like we were. In addition to this, the billing department charged us for additional items that were not conducted in the 2-5min visit. Got us in really quick after we couldnt the previous day and they were going to take ua at 5pm 10 minutes after the phone call.. quick easy and thorough to check in. Quick and friendly to do all vitals and swabbing. Quick to see dr foote and get rest of full exam, detailed descriptions and explanations, not rushed etx.. Few minutes for flu test and bam done. Couldnt really ask for anything better then this.. thus this our 6 year olds PCP..
All of these comments regarding Dr Tapay are mind boggling. She’s an amazing doctor and we’ve never had any issues. It’s clear to our family of 3 kids that she is knowledgeable, cares about their health, and is spot on with every health issue we’ve needed resolved. Yes, maybe if you’re anti-vaccine don’t come to this clinic. And I’d prefer that so my kids don’t get exposed.
