Don’t come to this office. It was the worst experience and worst customer service—overall, a circus. 🤡 had a scheduled appointment in September and they canceled it a day before. Made another appointment for January and they just canceled it again today. No one here or the company takes responsibility for anything and have you wasting your time and health. I know I’ve been going to Optum location in Montebella for a while, but I’m probably gonna be changing in the next couple of months. It’s not working out here. It takes way too long to get an appointment and if I’m want to talk to someone about a concern it takes too long. There’s too many channels to go through and I live in Whittier. I’d rather get a physician near my home.
