Last year or two it has gone down a lot. Not only did Optum close urgent care and it's a pain finding one that is close by. Tell me why does it take more than 2 weeks to get medication refill approved. After calls and faxes both from the pharmacy and myself. I'm so done with Optum.
What a disappointment and waste of time in this clinic , unable to see my father for an after surgery care or accommodate him when emphasized how much he needed to see his provider . Clearly they are here to collect a paycheck But do not genuinely care about the well being of a patient . So sad .
Wait time just to check in are so bad! I had an appt at 1pm and got here at 1240 and in still waiting, JUST TO CHECK IN @ 115pm
