Don’t come to this office. It was the worst experience and worst customer service—overall, a circus. 🤡 had a scheduled appointment in September and they canceled it a day before. Made another appointment for January and they just canceled it again today. No one here or the company takes responsibility for anything and have you wasting your time and health. I know I’ve been going to Optum location in Montebella for a while, but I’m probably gonna be changing in the next couple of months. It’s not working out here. It takes way too long to get an appointment and if I’m want to talk to someone about a concern it takes too long. There’s too many channels to go through and I live in Whittier. I’d rather get a physician near my home.
Had scheduled a phone appointment, due to having the flu I couldn't be seen in person. The link they sent wasn't working, called the office to which they said they would call back. They never did. I had to go to urgent care in order to get a check up. Then I call Optum to get a refill on my inhaler that I've had my whole life, they said I'd have to be seen in person and the next available appt isn't until 1/27. I need my inhaler now. They have no empathy nor care to those they are supposed to be helping. Would not recommend.... read more
Dr. Koenberg should have his license revoked for malpractice. He refuses to refill medications that are necessary for patients to remain healthy due to his own feelings on cannabis. His personal vendetta against THC is putting patient health at risk. I assure you his license will be revoked as he has made decisions to impact the wrong man's family. Legal recourse is already underway. Way to create liability for your practice, yourself, and your legacy. Enjoy the final months of your "career".
It was Terrible first who ever schedule my appt -called and said since you didn't answer we are canceling your appt -I got another appt with another Dr. and that experience was the worst the Dr.Chien not even a real Dr. he said he was retired I went for a Physical exam I complained about my wrist and knee and all he said I will send a referral excuse me no x-rays or anything while I am in pain that was the worst exam Optum's Services are getting Terrible what kind of a place is this now worst ever
