I have almost always had a really good experience when going to the Optum/Laguna Niguel location with the office help all the way up to doctor visit and finishing with paper work at the end from the front office. I've always have a pretty decent office visit when I go to the doctor here and I really just love going to my doctor, Dr Parisa Mortaji. She is so sweet and yet very professional.
Optum is a great health care facility and it will be super easy for me to share my experience with anyone who asks. Dr. Parisa….you’re awesome! Thank you for everything.
