Rude, inefficient staff that really does not care about patients - it doesn't eventually matter if doctors are great since the staff ruins the experience
Absolutely love Valerie DeSimone!! She’s the best provider there!! But I give 2 stars because the front office is not good! They are mostly rude or don’t help you with what you need. Super dismissive! Made an appointment and they tell me the day before less than 24 hours before my appointment they won’t take me due to my insurance. Why not tell me that when I first make the appointment in the first place.
Dr Valery de Simone is a fantastic provider. I highly recommend her! She is quick and responsive. However the office person Sarom has been so unhelpful several times, and won't assist in talking to the Doctor or getting the help I need. I am hoping Optum sees this and offers training for the staff.
No wonder why this clinic has a such low rating. I just called to schedule the very first appointment for a physical examination. They said that they do not do a physical exam as a first appointment The first appointment is only for a prescription update/ refill and referral. I said that we don't need any referral ( with PPO you don't need them at all) and we don't take any medication. What will be the first appointment for...just to say HI to the doctor??? In my opinion, this facility should not welcome any patients. They very rarely answer the phone and often lose your test results. This center feels more like a disorganized money-making industrial complex than a place where doctors know and care about their patients. I've decided to leave this place because I truly believe that if anything serious were to happen to my health, there's little chance they would find out about it, or they'd likely find out too late to do anything.
