I’m here at 8:30am opening time with my kids to get their fasting blood draw and the lab is closed. I tried calling a few days ago and even came in person to try to schedule an appointment and no one picked up the phone and the person was too busy to schedule and told me to come back Saturday. They told me opening time was 8:30am. This is super frustrating. Please update the times online if you’re not going to be open. No one pick up phone calls, long waiting lines in the morning, it is scheduled to open at 8:30 am and it doesn’t open on time. Terrible! I won’t use Optum anymore.
No one answers the phone to do an appointment for blood work
