Leaving doctors office was told to go to 102 for labs. Checked in at 12 25 and got confirmation. At 1 pm a staff called out if I had read sign I'd see it was closed! I was seated away from sign. How about putting sign where signing in?. And not confirming appt? Had to go to another building and sign in again. All staff I encountered could use some customer service improvement
Poor service. I checked in at 3:45pm on the kiosk. Waited for 15 mins and I questioned them. Then was told they are closed and that they closed at 3:45pm when the hours are until 4pm. Staff was not very friendly and wouldnt even look at me when talking. Kept staring at their computer as if I was an inconvenience. Very frustrating. I will not go back.
My wife visited to have blood drawn from our 4 y/o daughter and the staff was incredible helpful, kind, efficient, and professional. We thank you for making this experience as smooth as can be.
