If I can give zero stars I would . Lost my bloodwork , kept giving me the run around but when it comes to billing I’m sure that’s never an issue ! So unhappy with my experience . My phlebotomist was also rude . Go else where
The check in kiosk was easy to use. I went early in the morning and was in and out in under 20 mins.
They never answer phones and if you ever walk in there to see if they are open you will find all of them chatting with each other about personal stuff while ignoring all the ringing lines. When I asked the lady at desk why don’t they answer calls since that could have saved me a trip she gave me the nastiest look and just ignored me. Need to change from Optum group, they are taking everything for granted now
