I never have to wait long. I like the fact that I can just walk in, sign in and be seen within a few minutes
LAZY AND IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED! Went for my mom blood draw and the staff said the orders were not signed by her physician. We went to her physician's office and staff there showed us that the labs were signed. They provided us with a print out of the orders to show as proof that they were signed. Then went back to the lab draw office. The phlebotomy advised my mom to go home and drink water and come back later in the day! Instead he should have offered water on the premises!
