I went in for specific urine testing (test for a specific bacteria) they did a normal urine test. My doctor called me and apologized on their behalf stating she put on the referral specifically what they needed to test for and completely overlooked it. So who ever received the referral to administer the urine exam to me did not pay attention. Dont go here
I appreciated the helpful representative at the desk upon entering. She was pleasant and very welcoming and readily assisted patients that needed help with the kiosk. Additionally, I'd like to give Angela a special "thank-you" for being an exceptional technician as she expertly found my vein and drew my blood. She was personable with a calming yet professional demeanor.
Sitting here an hour waiting. Don’t see muck movement. Will not come back. If the labs aren’t in the doctors office I won’t have it done. This place is the worst.
The front desk manager lacks common courtesy and respect. These are the basic things that should accompany patient interactions but it was a stretch for her. She was of no help in the check in process and after waiting 45 mins because I checked in wrong I was told I had to wait another hour even though I was physically present in the waiting room the entire time before all the current patients walked in. I had to give 1 star, but they deserve none. I got there at 5:53 p.m., since google maps indicate they close at 6 pm. A rude lady who wasn't busy at all asked her coworker what time it was... she turned at us and said they were closed! She also said I can verify their closing time reading a sign they have there inside of their place. It would've those 2 people working in the lab less than 5 more minutes of work!!! Where is their kindness and compassion?!!!
