Staff is incompetent when it comes to babies! If you have a baby and need to have their blood drawn, do not take your child here. Our baby was fussing and crying as any child would when being poked with a needle and they said they were unable to draw because of this!!! After poking our son she moved the needle around in his skin looking for a vein!
