I went to the lab today and the reception lady was aggressive and mean , the person who take my blood sample was also mean and passive aggressive … I wonder if I will ever go back to take this kind of treatment .
Terrible experience with my toddler. The technician walked in, didn’t greet my toddler, tied a tourniquet on his arm and stuck a needle in. As he screaming and the technician is moving the needle around, she then pulls it out and says you’ll have to come back and try another time, have him drink more water next time. Cold and unfriendly, and I won’t be returning.
