Prompt appointment as a new patient. I was seen in a timely manner. Staff was courteous. Facility is new and spotless. Dr Mara Archambeault was kind, attentive, addressed my needs, and promptly responded to a follow up query on the Optum portal. Having my info in the Optum portal already made starting with Dr A as a new patient very efficient. Grateful to have Optum in my neighborhood.
I had a very good and informative appointment with Dr. Lock today. He is always very helpful and answers all my questions. The staff is very efficient, friendly and pleasant. No complaints!

I’ve been searching for a good Dr and found Dr J Wagner in La Verne. When I walked into the office the staff was super kind and friendly. Answered all my questions. When I seen the nurse she was so professional and amazing. I was so impressed with the dr. He reviewed all my medical and answered all my questions. Place was super clean. So happy I finally have a doctor.
