If you are looking for a responsive doctors office, this isn't it. I've been working all week to get information and the patient advocate (I can't believe they call them that), can't seem to help me. Even getting a person on the phone is very difficult. They are good doctors but getting to see them or getting help from them is near impossible because you can't get through the front people.
Pretty upsetting that the doctor never called me back to discuss my test results although it has been a week and there were multiple flags. Pretty unprofessional of them.

Optum PH Internal Med used to be called ProHEALTH. It still says this on the door. The practice includes Dr. Daniel Cyran, Dr. Richard Federbush, Cathy Singer (nurse practitioner), Dr. Lisa Walters, and others. The office requires you to check in for your appointments using Optum MyChart, where you can also see test results and pay outstanding fees. Desk staff is very good.
