I recently had an appointment with Dr. Gashi on Thursday December 1 at 3:30. I arrived at 3:20 to find the office locked. Knocked on the door for 15 minutes. An office worker came to the door and asked if I had an appointment, then told me all appointments were cancelled for the day, due to an emergency. my children's pediatrician is now deceased ( she is a family friend), we decided to get their medical records and transfer a doctor that is closer to us. It's been more than a month since I requested their records, they have so much alibi and so frustrated with them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMED YOUR CHILDREN TO GO HERE. STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU COULD.
