Very disappointing. Was asked to come back for a follow up the following week. When arrived it was a different doctor. Then waited in the room for over 45 min. Poor office management.
I went to Dr Larosa and she was wonderful but the office is terrible. I am a practitioner and work in an office and would never treat a patient how they did. I called asking for a refill of one of my medications i have been on for years and had recently had my physical at the office. Since my Dr is on maternity leave they would not fill my refill unless I came back into the office to see another provider in the office. VERY LONG WAIT TIMES. WAITED OVER AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTOR. THEY OVER BOOK, THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME. POORLY MANAGED AND RUN MEDICAL OFFICE. THEY NEED EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS.
Extremely rude female front desk staff. A shame because the doctors are so incredible.
