This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you have a choice for a provider don't use this company. All they care about is money. They will hound you like crazy over money. I told them I mailed a check and they called me 3 days later wanting the money. I explained to them we are having trouble with the postal service in rural Maine and to be patient. 14 days they have my prescription but haven’t sent it to my insurance company for approval. I have made 5 calls to speak to them about it and HAVE NOT received a return call in 3 weeks. Optum sucks. So glad I don’t have to use them anymore after this month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!

Nurses are great, besides that this company is horrible. I was told there are no refills when my infusion is due, I call my doctor to get refills, I am then told I have 13 refills, the nurse is not approved yet. Meanwhile the nurse is asking if I have my meds yet. This company does not care if you miss your infusion. The supervisor will never call back. Go anywhere but here

Unfortunately, our experience couldn’t have been worse. They seem to be more interested in taking advantage of customers in times of need to boost profits. Their fertility nurses are great, but anyone else, specifically their resolutions team, was extremely rude and admitted to not prioritizing patient care. They won’t care when the medications get to you. Their one day shipping policy is just to get the sale at the expense of putting patients at risk.
